Informação:
Elvis gravou pela primeira vez A Whistling Tune em 5 de Julho de 1961,
nos estúdios da RCA em Nashville. Foi concebida para o filme Follow That
Dream, mas não foi utilizada. Três meses e meio depois, em 26 de Outubro
no Radio Recorders de Hollywood, Elvis voltou a gravar A Whistling Tune.
Desta vez a canção foi utilizada em Kid Galahad. É essa versão que
surge em disco. Sherman Edwards e Hal David são os seus compositores.
