lado B do disco Too Much Monkey Business. Ambas as canções alcançaram a 7ª
posição na tabela de rhythm & blues da Billboard. Em 1969 Wayne Jennings
reanimou a canção com um êxito de country popular (RCA 0281), chegando à 3ª
posição.
Elvis
cantou Brown-Eyed Handsome Man três vezes durante a sessão Million Dollar
Quartet de 4 de Dezembro de 1956. Anos mais tarde, Felton Jarvis gravou uma
jam session de estúdio na qual Elvis cantou muitas melodias de Chuck Berry,
incluindo Brown-Eyed Handsome Man. Essa gravação nunca foi lançada.
