A versão que foi lançada foi a do take 34, de uma sessão de gravação que ocorreu no dia 23 de Fevereiro de 1957. I Beg of You foi composta por Rose Marie McCoy e Kelly Owens. O lançamento em single de Elvis teve uma permanência de 12 semanas na tabela Top 100, chegando à 8ª posição.
