De la mano de Crown Electric nos llega este VCD que tal como su propio título indica contiene tomas alternativas de este especial de TV; más bien se trata de la grabación completa de una de las cámaras presente en los dos conciertos que Elvis dio el día 29-06-68, a las 18:00 y a las 20:00 mundialmente conocidos como "conciertos de pie" .Se trata de una una pieza imprescindible, que debe de figurar en todas las colecciones de los Fans de Elvis
From Crown Electric we get this VCD, and as his name tells it has several unreleased takes of this Special TV, it rather contains the full recording from une of the TV cameras present at the shows that Elvis released on 06-29-68, at 18:00 and 20:00 hours, better newed as "stand up" shows. The quality is very good, and if you want to have all the 68´ concerts this is also a must. The track list is very sinilar to the previous one, because they are only two hours between; it´s a pleasure to see this two concerts, not only for to see a great Elvis, but it´s the last time you can get Elvis with his band and ´50 friends. |

THE BLUE GYPSY En este VCD aparecido recientemente podemos ver a Elvis en dos conciertos uno en Cleveland el 18-07-75 y otro en Las Vegas perteneciente al Summer Festival el día 19-08-75. El titulo del VCD es el nombre del traje que Elvis utilizo en estos conciertos del 75.La duración del VCD es de 60 minutos. En cuanto a la calidad de la imagen es bastante buena, parece filmado con una cámara profesional y desde muy cerca del escenario, ya que se observan unos fantásticos primeros planos de Elvis, con unos enfoques muy buenos y muy cercanos. THE BLUE GYPSY. On this VCD recently released, we can see Elvis on stage in two differents shows, one of them on Cleveland, 07-18-75 and the other one on Las Vegas Summer Festival, 08-19-75. The name of the VCD is taken from the name of the jumpsuit that Elvis used for this concerts. The running time is 60 minutesand about the quality of this VCD is good, very good, it seems filmed with a proffesional cámera and very near to the stage, because we can see very near images from Elvis and fantastics scenes. Karate Senes Here we can find for the first time del full filming that were used for the film that Elvis planed to do about Martial Arts. Only a little part of these images have been released previously on a documental. The last 25º Anniversary the full filming was projected and this VCd is based on it. Its quality is not the best one, it´s a filming "from the audience", but its value is very important, beacause ii´t the first time that we can see these imeges many time looseds for Elvis Fans. A wonderfull and a very rare VCD. |

This VCD is really a big one. It contains almost the complete concert from Johnson City, Tennessee on 17-03-76 We have 40 minutes of fantastic images. On this tour from the beggining of 76´ Elvis sang three times at this city and from the images that we have from these concerts the ones from this VCD are the best, with no doubt. |
Este es un VCD de los grandes, grandes. Nos aporta el concierto casi íntegro del día 17-03-76 en Johnson City, Tennessee. La duración del VCD es de 40 minutos y su calidad es bastante buena, los enfoques son fantásticos, el que lo filmó sabia realmente lo que hacía !! En esta gira de principios del 76, Elvis actuó tres veces en esta ciudad, y de las imágenes que se conservan de estos conciertos las recogidas en esta filmación son sin duda las mejores. Un VCD a tener en cuenta. |

De la mano de Crown Electric no llega este doble VCD que nos conduce desde el año 1972 al 1977, mostrándonos imágenes de diversos shows en Las Vegas, New York y otras ciudades. Se trata de un VCD realmente entretenido y ameno, la calidad de las imágenes es muy buena, ya que esta realmente es una recopilación de las mejores dentro de las disponibles (excepto "oficiales" claro). |

Este fantástico DVD continua
con la "saga" Behind The Image, y al igual que el primer volumen contiene
entrevistas a personas directamente relacionadas con Elvis, en este caso los
entrevistados son Cinthya Pepper co-protagonista de la película Kissin´
Cousins; la entrevista dura unos 15 minutos y Cinthya cuenta los
detalles acerca de su trabajo junto a Elvis y su impresión de él. La
siguiente entrevista de casi media hora es a Ed Hill miembro de los Stamps
Quartet; también hay una entrevista a Ed Enoch de aproximadamente 20
minutos. El DVD contiene imágenes de muy buena calidad procedentes de cintas
súper 8mm, correspondientes a varios conciertos de Elvis, uno de ellos en
Houston, Texas, el 12 de Noviembre del 71 de unos 19 minutos de duración.
Hay filmaciones de Elvis en Dallas; en San Bernardino y Los Ángeles
correspondientes a la gira de Mayo del 74; y Las Vegas en Septiembre del 74. |

This fantastic DVD goes on with the "Behind the Image" saga, same that first volume offers us interviews with people directly relationed with Elvis; in that case we can see at Cinthya Pepper, who worked with Elvin on Kissin´ Cousins, ans she explain on 15 minutes the details about working with Elvis and her personal impressions of him. Next interview is with Ed Hill member of The Stamps Quartet and also another interw¡view with Ed Enoch. The DVD has very good quality images from Super 8mm tapes, from several concerts, one of them is on Houston, Texas, on November 12 1971; also in Dallas, San Bernardino and Los Angeles from the May ´74 tour. This a very interesting DVD with very good images. I hope that the announced volume 3 will be on the same line. |
