Wear My Ring Around Your Neck entered both the Hot 100 and the Country charts for fifteen weeks, on April 7th, it was number 2 on the Hot 100 chart and number 3 on the Country chat and at the number 1 slot on the Rhythm & Blues chart where it stayed for eleven weeks. Doncha' Think It's Time made number 21 on the same day and remained on the chart for six weeks.

April 1958 was the release date for this 45 in the UK, it entered the chart on May 5th 1958 and reached number 3 on the UK chart, it has a black label and also has a triangular centre, and later released with round centers, catalogue No. RCA 1058.
