Both sides of this 45 entered Billboard's Hot 100 chart on August 1st 1970, they were tied at the number 32 slot, and both remained on the chart for nine weeks. On August 24th both entered the Country chart, The Next Step Is Love being at number 51 and I've Lost You was at the number 57 slot, both remained on the chart for six weeks. This 45 was released by RCA (RCA 1999) on November 1970 and it entered the chart on November 14th 1970, it would reach the number 9 slot in the UK chart |
