On December 26th 1970, both sides entered the Hot 100 chart tied at number 21, and both remained on the chart for nine weeks.
On January 1st 1971, both entered the Country chart, tied at number nine and both remained on the chart for thirteen weeks.

March 1971 was the release date from RCA in the UK (RCA 2060), it entered the chart on March 20th 1971 and it would hit the number 6 slot on this chart
